| It's been one heck of a long time coming but I'm now off on my long awaited trip to Nepal! Before I left there was just time to update the tired old site with bits I've done since graduating, mostly freelance work, for although I've worked at three different agencies since graduating most of it has either been pretty unimpressive or part of a non disclosure agreement. However I've taken the opportunity to streamline the site so it's much, much simpler and has got a couple of additional links, such as my previously top secret blog! I may even post some photos of my Nepal trip when I get back... | ||

| All last week and for the the next two I'm working at the rather lovely offices of Soup, a digital media company in Norwich. I worked there for two weeks last summer inbetween my second and third years and it's great to be back there again! | ||

| Brighton Bar Camp! | ||
| I've just spent the weekend at Brighton Bar Camp, an unconference where every attendee gives a talk. It was a great couple of days with lots of really interesting people, with some very exciting ideas which have really captured my design imagination. Watch this space for a more full review when I'm not quite so tired... | ||

| Green Team redesign! | ||

| Yesterday I ran a workshop with three members of the Green Team, a programme for 16-25 year olds run by Groundworks, Hertfordshire, getting the lads (Michael, Johnny and Charlie) to help me redesign promotional literature for the project. Although they're more used to planting flower beds, they really rose to the challenge and produced some really interesting and inventive ideas! I'll be going back to see them once I turned their ideas into a more polished design. | ||

| Our final show, One Night in London, is almost here! On Friday 27th June my course will be having a one night exhibition/party hosted by the RSA in the Vaults underneath the Strand building. Nearly 150 invites have been posted, emailed and handed out to designers big and small and we're really hopeful that the evening will be a real success! If you haven't been invited please come along anyway, there will be some 40 odd students all eager to talk to you about their work. The evening will run from 8 - 11 pm with an open bar for as long as it lasts! | ||

| The D&AD New Blood Exhibition got under way at Brompton Hall, Earl's Court, last night. Alongside thousands of other students, we are exhibiting select work in the hope of attracting potential employers. The show runs until Wednesday afternoon so please come along if you've got a spare couple of hours! | ||

| Yesterday I handed in my Final Major project for assessment, effectively bringing an end to my degree (although we've still got three shows to organise). I produced an ethical board game for graphic designers, complete with packaging, over a metre long! More pictures of this project will come once I get it back, as I was in such a rush to finish I didn't have time to photograph it properly. | ||
